Overview The Cold Lake First Nations Administration department oversees all program delivery in the First Nation. This is carried out through enforcement of the written laws and established policies & procedures passed down from the governing body, Chief & Council. The Tribal Administrator is delegated the task of implementation of approved operation policies & procedures through day – to – day management and operation of the Cold Lake First Nations Management Team which consists of department heads from all its service delivery programs .
