Professional Development Teachers are encouraged to attend professional development training to keep up to date with any changes to Education and new technology. Teachers teach a “Blended Structure and Style of Writing” .To keep continuity in grades one to nine, teachers completed a 5 day training session. These training sessions were held throughout the the school year on “no school” Fridays. Most teaches teach a blended sound-sight phonetic method. Teachers also take ongoing computer software training to enhance their technical skills.
