Funding Status Indian students residing on or off reserves and resident in Canada for the last 12 months are eligible for the Post-Secondary Education Program. Support is subject to the selection criteria defined by the First Nation. Inuit students are also eligible.

Prospective students apply by submitting a FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION. Application deadline for the following year is June 15. The signed application must be accompanied by:

• Most recent transcripts
• Acceptance letter from program of study
• Tuition assessment or estimate from education institution
• Photocopy of status card

Post Secondary funding supports

• University College Entrance Preparation
• Level One: Certificates or diplomas
• Level Two: Bachelor undergraduate programs
• Level Three: Graduate programs

Scholarships are also available from the band office for trades and post-secondary education for Cold Lake First Nations. (Claudette – this statement needs clarification)
